ICTW — Interstate Chemical Threats Workgroup

After the events of September 11, 2001, a large group of professionals from across the country formed the Interstate Chemical Threat Workgroup (ICTW) to address issues of national security with regard to potential chemical attack. The group needed a way to handle information internally, such as a mechanism for disseminating information and sharing ideas. Under a tight budget, we customized an open source product to create a website that allows this group to easily and reliably manage their communication needs. The ICTW also supervises user access to the site.
