Brice Olion

Thanks to his well-traveled, epicurean parents, Brice learned how to cook at a very young age. His culinary activities eventually shifted into an outlet for figuring out how things work. This also led him to incorporate bar-tending into his kitchen pursuits, and also to take up multiple forms of martial arts to combat the hours spent in the kitchen. When he took a college class in programming, Brice discovered a new way to puzzle. His drive to augment foundational concepts with advanced techniques, apply logic, and pursue efficiency of solution fueled his Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Florida. In their spare time, Brice and his wife sample and review Gainesville cuisine.
